CCSInc and Vision Point Systems Form Strategic Alliance

January 21, 2005 -- Vision Point Systems, Inc., and CCS, Inc., today announced that they have formed a strategic alliance to provide an even broader range of technology products and services for their customers.



Under the terms of the alliance, Vision Point and CCS will team to provide technology products and services for both new and existing customers. The complimentary offerings will enhance each company's ability to provide a total solution for customers in a number of areas, including comprehensive electronic document management, ruggedized industrial computing, IT systems design and integration, and custom technology solutions for a variety of enterprise needs.
