Intelligent Photoshop Actions for Photographers from 1clickactionswith...

1clickactions have released their latest set of Photoshop actions for photographers (http://www.1clickactions.com/1clickpro.htm). The new 's1clickPRO's series features extended control options like highlight and shadow control, edge protection and image-size awareness.

One of the biggest restricttions with standard actions is that there is a 'sone-size fits all's approach, says David Gill from 1-click. Until now in order to cater for images of different sizes different versions of the same action were required but the 1clickPRO series goes some way to solving this problem. The action examines the image size and applies settings to suit.

Using a combination of traditional actions and javascript 1clickPRO offers a higher degree of versatility and control than has previously been available.

David goes on, The PopGlowPro action for example extends the functionality of the popular PopGlow actions by automatically taking steps to protect fine detail, highlight control, accurate color protection and size awareness. All these features are built in to a single action for speed and simplicity. Portrait and wedding photographers in particular will appreciate the detail and highlight protection. The 'sglow-look's can be achieved without losing the all-important wedding dress detail.

The 1click range has grown rapidly to incorporate Photoshop actions, borders and edges, Lightroom presets and the Photoshop action organizer 'sAction Station's. There is also an active user group with regular competitions, tutorials and downloads.
