Marcus Haley Is Newest IFBB Bodybuilding Pro



Known as the Comet, Marcus Haley (www.MarcusHaley.com) realized a lifelong dream as he blazed a trail across the stage in Cleveland. For the last several years he has pursued his goal of becoming an IFBB professional bodybuilder.
Amid setbacks and dissapointments, he keept his eye on the prize and did not lose focus in his second attempt to win an overall title this year.

His determination was rewarded in Cleveland on September 3, with an overall title at the North American and an IFBB Pro Card.

"My feet haven't touched the ground yet. It is like a dream" he told Ripped Solutions this morning in a telephone interview. "I won this one the way I wanted toI wanted to leave no doubt" Haley left no doubts in the eyes of the judges winning his second consecutive Super Heavyweight title, in as many attempts this year and brought home a pro card to Tampa Florida.

His trainer, Tim Gardner of BodyTech Gym (www.bodytechonline.com), was beyond proud of his latest IFBB pro.

"He came in right on the money" said Gardner. "It was picture perfect".

Other BodyTech competitors included Debbie Barnes who improved on her finish from Las Vegas with a strong 2nd in the Womens Lightweight. She finished in 4th place at the USA at Las Vegas, just a few weeks ago. Brandie Gardner (the third Team BodyTech entry, www.teambodytech.com), finished in 13th place in the womens figures class, also improving on her placing from Las Vegas.

Haley now goes to California for his first photshoot as a pro, and to visit his daughter who was the inspiration behind this victory. A dream realized and new world's to conquer, Marcus should return to earth soon.
