both programs will be provided with personalized strength training programs to complete after scheduled classes. Programs are offered at 9am, 10am, 11:!5am, 5pm and 6:15pm Monday -

Pukstys, a two-time Olympian in track and field, oversees all training programs and shares coaching duties with his certified staff.
Based on my personal experience as an international athlete we are able to offer the most advanced training methods available. We'sre ready, willing and able to help athletes achieve
their goals in a positive yet challenging atmosphere. Our approach will lead to faster, stronger and more confident athletes on the field of play. Pukstys said.
