Omni Oil Gas Appoints Daniel S. Briney as Chief Financial Officer



Omni Oil & Gas, Inc. (OMOI.PK, www.omnioil.com), a company specialized in oil and gas exploration and production, announced today that it has appointed Daniel S. Briney as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Briney brings more than twenty years of finance management, audit, financial reporting and general accounting experience to the position. He is a former partner in an independent registered public accounting firm and has had significant experience related to Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCOAB) audits and SEC reporting requirements for publicly held companies. Mr. Briney is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of California Polytechnic University in Pomona.
