BioKey International Inc. Named Defendant in Suit by InvestorsAction...

The law firm of Smith 's38; Associates announced today that it has filed a lawsuit against Bio-Key International, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Index No.: 09 Civ 00904).
