Lisa Wynn's8217;s unique loose leaf tea flavoring company is more than meets the eye. It has been called, 's8220;tea with a twist's8221;, 's8220;truly custom's8221;, 's8220;amazing tea and concept's8221;. Wynn creates one of a kind tea blends for her clients, but taking it a step further by now personalizing the label for them with a new inhouse graphics machine for top quality labeling.

Elegant 's8220;Bridal Blends's8221; inscribed with the names of blushing brides-to-be, wedding dates, shops, spas, B&B's8217;s, hotels, any recipients wish, just to name a few,now with the client personal information added to each bag. Each flavor is chosen by the client, from a large list of flavors that can be mixed and matched to create their own one of a kind blend, with fruit and flower pieces added for extra eye candy. Hand tied display teas, and an Ice tea line is offered with filter sachets for easy brewing.

The blend is then archived as their 's8220;secret recipe's8221; and named after the recipient.

Young Hyson Greens, and rich black Assam teas, for example, can be infused with the likes of vanilla, cranberry, orange and cinnamon, as was the pick for the 2005 Oscar Awards gift bags. Blueberry lavender, lemon raspberry, chocolate raspberry mint truffle, southern pecan and Crème Brule, are just a small sampling of Wynn's8217;s ever changing offerings. Nothing is pre-flavored. Each blend is created by hand from whole leaf loose tea, only weeks after being harvested by hand, a deteriorating art.

Wynn's8217;s idea was spawned from the birth of her award winning trendy tea cafe in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2002, where she began experimenting with others teas, mixing and packaging for customers as a surprise for showers and birthdays. Her bridal blends brought tears of sentiment. Wynn claims this was her 's8220;ahh's8221; moment. She dug into the industry, traveled the US, and painstakingly learned how to accurately blend flavors, negotiate from the gardens direct, and soon built a commercial kitchen. She also works closely with international growers and flavor chemists from around the US.

Wynn is also a sought after freelance writer and speaker through her company Artisans Press by such names as Barnes & Noble, Northwestern Book Stores, the NC Herb Society, NASCORE Specialty Coffee Association, Fresh Cup Magazine, Tea and Coffee Trade Journal, Guilford Woman's8217;s Magazine and Newton Press, to name a few.
