InventHelp Client Invents InstrumentStorage Device for Operating Rooms

InventHelp announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Federal Way, Wash., has designed an operating-room storage device that would keep a mayo stand organized. The inventor has created a prototype.

The R A C would hold hemaclips, kitners and surgical ties. Designed for easy gas-sterilization, the device may be offered in peel-open packs or custom surgical packs.

The inventor's experiences as a surgical technologist prompted him to design the R A C. "As we scrub for long surgical procedures, our work area becomes very disorganized," he said. "That started me thinking of ways to keep it neat and tidy."

The original design was submitted to the Federal Way office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
