NTMDT wins Innovation Competition for new NTegra Nanolaboratory SPMs



On the June 3rd, 2005, the final round of the Russian Innovation Competition - IV was completed in Moscow. NT-MDT, manufacturer of the extensive line of scanning probe microscopes sold here in the US through NanoTech-America, Inc., was formally cited as a "Success Story" and won the "Innovation Premium" award.

Their project: "Development, production and launch of the new product line NTEGRA ¬Universal Nanotechnology Scanning Probe Laboratory."
The competition is sponsored by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation and is supported by the Federal Agency of Nuclear Power, Hewlett-Packard and business weekly "Expert." The minister of Education and Science, A.A. Fursenko, presided over the awards ceremony.

NT-MDT holds an important position on the international nanotechnology market, with scanning probe microscopes and related devices installed in the foremost scientific centers of Europe, Asia, and the United States. The universality of new nanotechnology laboratory enables investigations in diverse science and business fields ranging from semiconductors and material sciences to polymers and biology.
