The AppleCare division of Apple, Inc. announced the winners of its first quarter "Commitment To Excellence" award program for its Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) locations.
The Commitment To Excellence award program seeks to recognize Apple Authorized Service Providers on a quarterly basis for the accomplishments in the AppleCare Service Excellence (ACSE)
program. ComputerTree will receive an award plaque and award plates for every quarter they meet the program award criteria.
Apple, Inc. further announced that only 151 AASP locations in the US and Canada were able to meet the high standard of the Commitment To Excellence program award criteria, making
ComputerTree of Winston-Salem, Inc. in the top 5% of all AASPs in North America.
"It has truly been our focus to provide outstanding customer service to our clients" said Bob Young, Jr., President of ComputerTree. "This award is one indication that we are meeting
those goals.", he continued.
Award Criteria:
To be eligible for the award, AASPs who meet the minimum weekly repair volume of ACSE eligible repairs, must maintain an average ACSE multipler of 160 percent or higher.
