May 9, 2005 -- ADJK Group, International, a leading provider of web site hosting services, announced today that its name has changed to Oxyte Communications, LLC. Its corporate website address will be www.oxyte.com although the company indicated that internet users should continue to use www.adjkhost.com for the near term.



Current ADJK Group customers will have the option to maintain their current service plan, or migrate to one of the new plans offered under the Oxyte brand.



Andre Faca will continue to serve as Chairman and CEO of the newly organized company.
