Early Impact Releases ProductCart Synchronizer for use withQuickBooks

Early Impact today announced the recent release of its new ProductCart Synchronizer for Use with QuickBooks's174;. The new software allows Web stores powered by Early Impact'ss powerful ProductCart shopping cart software (http://www.earlyimpact.com) to seamlessly and automatically exchange information such as inventory levels, orders, and customers with their QuickBooks company file.

At a time when budgets are particularly tight, the new Synchronizer can help small businesses save precious time and money that is normally spent on performing repeat tasks such as entering Web orders into QuickBooks, synchronizing inventory levels, adding customer information, etc.

The new software provides true synchronization capabilities between a business's Web store and its QuickBooks company file. Common, time consuming tasks such as updating units in stock on the Web store after receiving a shipment of goods from a supplier are now performed automatically.

Busy stores can have QuickBooks automatically contact their ProductCart-powered storefront every few minutes to check for new Web orders, transfer eligible ones based on settings such as the current order status, and create Invoice or Sales Receipts in QuickBooks.

ProductCart Synchronizer has successfully undergone the Intuit technical review process and is now listed on the Intuit Marketplace. Its features include:

* Automatic or on-demand, one-click inventory synchronization (or turn it off completely)

* Automatic or on-demand order transfers from ProductCart to QuickBooks

* Filter orders to transfer by order status and/or payment method

* Support for Invoices, Sales Receipts, and Sales Orders

* Support for QuickBooks Inventory Assembly items

* Automatic and manual product mapping

* Automatic and manual customer mapping

* On-demand product transfer from ProductCart to QuickBooks

If you waste time entering Web orders into QuickBooks, this is for you says Massimo Arrigoni, CEO of Early Impact. We use QuickBooks too, so we'sre the first ones to be excited about the time we save with the new Synchronizer!

ProductCart Synchronizer for Use with QuickBooks (http://www.earlyimpact.com/productcart/quickbooks/) is available for $495 per store and requires version 3 and above of Early Impact'ss ProductCart e-commerce software.
