Figtree Integrates Buttonwood with AccountMate Accounting Software...

Figtree announced today that it has integrated the Buttonwood eCommerce and Order Management solution for promotional products distributors with AccountMate accounting software.

Steve Rosenstein, Figtree VP, described the process: "Distributors of promotional products use Buttonwood to sell these products on-line. The Figtree integration smoothly handles the connection between the Buttonwood and AccountMate systems."

Online orders are transferred into Sales Orders in AccountMate. Buttonwood also sends purchase orders to partner vendors or transfers the order information, via the Figtree integration, to AccountMate so that the vendor can fulfill orders from their warehouse.

Details of the status of order fulfillment are sent back from AccountMate to the Buttonwood store to keep customers informed.

Daily inventory updates from AccountMate keep information on Buttonwood in sync with warehouse inventory. Vendor's shipping manifests are received from Buttonwood and imported into AccountMate to update the vendor's purchase order and process the shipped sales order.

Using Buttonwood cuts down on the overhead of having to maintain your own Internet shopping site. It handles order fulfillment from your vendors as well as your warehouse. The Figtree integration provides for a seamless connection for AccountMate users. The integration between Buttonwood and AccountMate makes promotional industry firms more efficient and more competitive when pursuing business online.
