INSTALLS Inc and CE Interactive Form Strategic Partnership



A new partnership to provide bundled installation and device management solutions that substantially improve the consumer electronics experience was announced today by INSTALLS inc and CE Interactive (CEI). Combining the well-known INSTALLS installation experience with CEI'ss unique Wirewize platform will allow CE retailers and manufacturers to offer both in-home and do-it-yourself consumers complete, professional set-up services that will substantially improve purchase satisfaction and reduce no-fault returns. In addition, the combined services will include: online consumer electronics product management, ongoing maintenance, phone based problem solving and support options such as firmware notifications. Importantly, CE Interactive and Installs will jointly develop new products and services to support the consumer electronics life cycle.
