NOLA.com to Carry Live Broadcast of Joe Johnson Pontchartrain AllStar...



On Saturday December 20th, NOLA.com (http://www.nola.com) will be broadcasting LIVE on the internet, the Joe Johnson Pontchartrain All-Star Football Classic from the Louisiana Superdome.



New Orleans Saints Hall of Famer, Joe Johnson, has assembled a North vs South Senior High School Football game that will showcase the graduating talent from competing sides of Lake Pontchartrain here in the New Orleans metro area.



The team selection committee hosted a senior selection voting ballot on NOLA.com to invite community input into the selection process for both the North shore and South shore teams. Over 16,000 votes were cast for seniors during the voting process.



South Louisiana residents are urged to attend the game at the Louisiana Superdome for a 2PM kick-off on December 20th.



Interested internet audiences should tune in at 1:30 for special pre-game announcement, guest and discussions with Joe Johnson and a number of NFL and Collegiate standouts for pre-game interviews.



NOLA.com (http://www.nola.com) will carry the complete game with LIVE audio and video streaming. Video production will be handled by the Communications Department of New Orleans Public Schools.
