eBolo Communications moves into eBusiness. Announces intention to acquire eBusiness eSsentials division from Bizdev Systems Inc.



eBolo.com an emerging communications company, announced today its intentions to enter into the Internet services space as a registrar and offer domain names, hosting, eMail and a host of other web services to its clients.



With the acquisition of eBusiness eSsentials, eBolo Communications would bolster its expanding portfolio of infrastructure services with value added services that will benefit its clients.

eBolo will acquire and retain the ability to sell pre-packaged services such as doman name registrations and transfers, hosting with both Linux and Windows operating systems, SSL certificates, Search Engine Marketing and other related services.



Details of the deal are yet to be worked out and will be released to the media at the appropriate time. a company spokesperson said, We are working out a win-win deal to ensure that we grow together in tandem.
