Automated Benefits Inc. (AutoBen) has chosen the BRIDGEWERX OnDemand Integrator to integrate internal billing systems with its on demand service provider, ESI. The integration will
improve AutoBen's8217;s capture of billing information from ESI, enabling it to provide faster clients invoicing.
AutoBen provides claims adjudication services through ABI, a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering. Its larger clients require integration between ABI, and their internal accounting
systems, AutoBen will provide that additional service by deploying BRIDGEWERX's8217;s Business Integrator as an ASP product.
Andy Crysdale, Automated Benefits general manager, stated, 's8220;In the first phase of implementation, we see BRIDGEWERX directly helping our bottom line by greatly reducing our
receivables through enabling us to get timely invoices out to our clients. Until now, migrating the detailed transactions from ESI into our billing systems was a very labor intensive. We
see the integration we will get from BRIDGEWERX facilitating that tremendously. In the second phase, we want to offer our clients BRIDGEWERX integration between ABI and their internal
accounting systems so they too can eliminate cumbersome data transfers that require hours of coding and possibly, expensive professional services.'s8221;
Bob Kilker, VP of Sales and Business development for BRIDGEWERX also added, 's8220;We are very excited about this relationship. When a customer as prominent and respected as AutoBen
ultimately provides BRIDGEWERX as an SaaS offering to its customers, that validates two important things: 1) that the SaaS space delivers tangible benefits to businesses of all sizes; and
2) that BRIDGEWERX technology is both an agile and adaptable SaaS player that can increase customers profits by cutting down on IT overhead and complexity.'s8221;
