Two Industry Veteran Executives Strengthen Nastel Leadership Team



Nastel Technologies, a premier global provider of solutions that drive business transaction performance for mission-critical applications, today announced that Gad Tobaly has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer and that Charles Rich has been brought on as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management.

As Chief Operating Officer for Nastel, Gad oversees worldwide operations including sales, marketing and technology services. Before joining Nastel, Gad was CEO of Infovista, a publicly traded Performance Management software company where he led the company to sustainable, profitable growth and global expansion. Prior to Infovista, Gad was senior vice president and GM at Computer Associates, with regional and global responsibilities in sales and marketing for their IT Infrastructure as well as the Application and Information Management products and services.



Charley brings over 26 years of technical hands-on experience to his role as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management. Prior to joining Nastel, Charley was Product Manager for IBM'ss Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager software, where he was recognized for his many accomplishments by winning the Tivoli General manager'ss Award. Before IBM, he gained extensive experience in enterprise application management at SMARTS as Director of the Application Management Product Line. Earlier in his career he held positions as Vice President of Field Marketing at InterWorld and product manager for CA'ss Unicenter TNG product.
