Eight $1,000.00 Economic Opportunity Scholarships are available for the for the fall or winter 2009 classes at the state approved career school, Lasting Effects TM Permanent Cosmetic Institute.
The scholarships are for tuition reduction. The school is now in the sixth year of operation and is one of the only state approved, higher education schools in the USA dedicated to

Applicants must have a 2008 personal income of less than $60,000.00 a year, and submit a selection application. Students from across the county are welcome to apply. The Permanent

Classes are 90 hours, part time over four weeks. Graduates are eligible to take the PC-MEDS Board Exam, for discounts on professional insurance and to attend advanced one day seminars on
