Eagan, MN June 29, 2009 -- The Midwest ENERGY Association is announcing its Customer Relations Roundtable on September 30 - October 2, 2009 in St. Louis, MO. The program content at the MEA Roundtables is delivered more as a conversation among the presenters and attendees. This approach serves as the platform for gaining some great take-away ideas, says Breck A. Sparks, director of customer service for Vectren Utility Holdings, Inc. and chair of MEA'ss Customer Relations Committee.
Sparks continues, since the topics are designed by MEA utility and associate members who are in the energy business, it is always current and applicable. The unstructured time between the
