Lattice3D Q3 Results Again Triple Over Prior Year

Lattice3D, the leader in 3D Publishing and Communications, today announced that its third quarter (Q3) sales in 2005 more than tripled over the third quarter last year. Q1 and Q2 results this year also tripled year over year on their respective quarters. In Q3 2005, the company added new resellers in Italy, Turkey and the UK, prestigious new customers in its automotive and aerospace target markets, including the MAN Nutzfahrzeuge Group, Toyota Technical Center and Boeing Phantomworks, and earned repeat business from multiple existing customers.

"The 3D publishing market is gaining momentum. An increase in pilot projects and conversions into production systems shows how necessary 3D publishing is becoming to the market. Lattice3D has moved strategically from the 'proving the market' period to the 'driving the market growth' phase," said Alexander Garcia-Tobar, CEO, Lattice3D. "Our customers recognize the powerful combination of our ultra-compressed 3D XVL format, our 3D publishing applications, and our robust backend integration platform capabilities".

In the same quarter, Lattice3D released its new Studio Pro product line that brings rapid design exploration and validation tools using the XVL format. This means that massive 3D assemblies can be subject to interference checking without overtaxing a workstation. In addition, the company released upgrades to its Lattice3D Embed, Lattice3D Composer and Lattice3D Publisher products.
