Harel Kodesh Named Chairman of the Board at Xeround

Mr. Kodesh currently serves as chief product officer at Amdocs, responsible for the company 's product line-up which targets large service provider back office systems. Prior to Amdocs, he served as chief executive officer of Wingcast, a joint venture between the Ford Motor Company and Qualcomm that developed a worldwide telematics solution. Previously, Mr. Kodesh served as vice president of the Information Appliances Division at Microsoft, where he founded the WindowsCE group and led the development and marketing of Microsoft Windows CE (also known as Windows Mobile). He also served in various product management roles at Motorola, managing a team responsible for the company 's early efforts in wireless data.
Mr. Kodesh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. He currently serves as a board member for DreamBox Learning.
