All of these finalists deliver top quality services; however, the winner of this year 's Award has an excellent track record and demonstrated evidence of their dedication to mobile users.
The winning entry was a detailed submission which covered all aspects of the service, culture, training, performance management, technological advancements and much, much more.
They have directly addressed the needs of mobile callers, with access to their DQ from abroad, 'My Nearest', WAP push of maps and availability of mobile numbers demonstrating the most comprehensive range of services focused on the needs of mobile customers.
