This year's prestigious 118 awards were held at The Lowry Hotel Manchester City Centre. Hosted by the very funny Gina Yashere the best directory enquiries services in the world have been rightly rewarded. This year's award entrants were treated to a champagne reception and mouth watering five course meal at Manchester's first five star hotel.



The Call Centre Manager of the year can demonstrate their commitment to service quality, people development and organizational success. This year's award was sponsored by Spectrum EHCS, an executive search firm working exclusively in the telecommunications sector. The award was presented by Daniel Osmar of Spectrum.
