Screenwriter Elizabeth Rossi Signs Oneyear Agency Contract



Elizabeth Rossi officially signed and returned a one-year representation contract to TSA Literary Agency this week. Although complete details of the agreement have not been made known, Rossi has agreed to the standard 10% agency fee upon the sale of her latest script entitled, All Saints Eve.

Getting an agent was definitely the next step to negotiate the best deal, says Rossi, who is expecting an undisclosed 6-figure amount from the sale of this script.

TSA notes that Rossi'ss work has commercial potential. The VP of Acquisitions continues, We look forward to working with [Rossi. Basically, we feel that her concept and writing thus far has potential and we can sell it.

The contract does include a 90-day no sale clause which cancels the contract terms as null and void, if there is no sale made by TSA within that time. Also included are details and the names of several private producers and directors Rossi has been working with directly over the past several months, wherein it is specified that the agency fee would not apply should they make a direct offer.

All Saints's Eve is a 113-page psychological horror based on the wrongful practices of early pagan-Christian rituals.

Rossi has written a total 6 Hollywood scripts spanning several genres, and two televsion-reality concepts which are currently showing over the airwaves.
