When Ken McArthur's office called to inform Micheal that he was selected to be one of only 18, Micheal had to scramble to get everything set up with his employer, Sam's Club, in Ocala so that he could take time off from work.
"I ran out of vacation time when my wife and I had surgery last fall -- my wife, Karen, had surgery in November and I had surgery in early December," Micheal explained. "We used up all of our sick time and our vacation time, so until October, I am not getting paid for any time off."
When asked where he was getting the money to pay for his expenses, Savoie smiled and replied that his blogs help bring in some of the money he needs, through affiliate programs and sponsorships. "That is part of the reason both of us were able to have our surgery so close together, we had cash flow in place to ensure that our three daughters were still getting fed and clothed for school."
When asked about the coaching and the Impact Action Team, Micheal spoke up, "This opportunity to learn from Ken McArthur is a chance in a lifetime for me, and I am so blessed to be able to offer my services to help others."
Savoie will be part of the Impact Action Team that Ken McArthur is training for a special event taking place in September in Los Angeles, where the Impact Action Team will use their skills to help make an impact in someone's life. Details have not been revealed to the Impact Action Team at this time, only that the event will be on September 26 - 28 in a Circus Tent in Los Angeles, CA for the Life's Golden Ticket Seminar in front of 2000 people.
"Ken McArthur is filming the Impact Boot Camp and the Life's Golden Ticket Seminar for a television reality show pilot, so I am gearing myself up for a lot of exposure," Savoie explained as he outlined his plan for getting 2 or 3 corporate sponsors to help him with the rest of his expenses for his travel during August and September. He didn't want to place the entire burden of running his household on his wife of 21 years, who manages a movie theater locally, which is why he devised the plan to offer sponsorships to 2 or 3 businesses who would like the extra exposure on Savoie's blogs and when Micheal is on stage in front of the 2000 spectators and the television cameras.
"I will give some good publicity to anyone who wants to contribute $5000, $3500, or $2500 to help cover the travel and lodging expenses for the next two months. I will also be documenting everything on http://michealsavoie.com as I talk about where the Impact Action Team is heading next, what we are doing and who we are impacting."
