April 19, 2006 -- Summus Works, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SMMW) announced today that the proposed majority acquisition of Lisker of France USA has been scheduled by the parties to close on Thursday April 20, 2006

Lisker of France USA is the exclusive U.S. distributor of Lisker clothing. Lisker is based in Grenoble, France, where it manufactures technical ski and snowboard wear and accessories. Lisker also manufactures the Stockli line of sportswear for the Swiss ski manufacturer, and the Company noted the horizontal advantage of the acquisition in line with its VVV growth strategy. Lisker of France USA is based in Winter Park, Colorado.

The acquisition is expected to add more than $600,000.00 to annual revenue and be accretive to Company earnings.
