An advanced assessment management system will allow TSA's Office of Human Capital (OHC) to create, deliver, and manage assessment data consistently across the entire Transportation Security Officer (TSO) workforce, as well as for other TSA employees. The new system will be used by OHC to author and revise tests and test items, administer tests to the TSA workforce, analyze test results, and monitor and report workforce performance. In addition to gaining substantial efficiencies through an automated testing solution, OHC will also be able to analyze employment trends more easily, identify and address problems as they arise, track employee knowledge, make training recommendations, and reach employment decisions more responsively and efficiently.
This contract will also provide an automated testing program for TSOs. Automating a program of this scale demands advanced capabilities for volume, flexibility, and security.
"We are very pleased that the TSA selected PreVisor to work with its Office of Human Capital," says Noel Sitzmann, CEO of PreVisor. "Deployment of sophisticated, automated assessment solutions will help streamline the management and training of these vital security employees. We believe this contract affirms both our technology leadership in the talent management field, and our ongoing commitment to the important work done by public sector agencies."
