Communication (DSRC) vehicle-to-infrastructure data exchange at the ITS America Annual Meeting 2009 (http://itsa.org), June 1-3 in National Harbor, MD. These
show how communications between vehicles and the transportation infrastructure meet critical safety, mobility, and environmental sustainability needs, while encouraging consumers to
invest in the improvement of U.S roads and highways via payment applications.
The demonstrations highlight 5.9 GHz DSRC tolling, congestion pricing, and video enforcement as well as the value added IntellidriveSM real-time, safety, traveller information, and
mobility applications. These 5.9 GHz DSRC Toll and IntellidriveSM demonstrations build on the success of the company's180;s demonstrations deployed at the 2008 ITS World Congress in New
York, as well as numerous successful test-beds across the U.S.
