Stephen N Noppinger PE appointed Office Manager for the Orlando office...



April 29, 2005 -- Stephen N. Noppinger, PE was just appointed Office Manager for the Orlando office of URS Corporation. His new responsibilities will include overseeing all of Orlando's engineering projects to ensure that every project meets strict quality standards and receives appropriate resources to meet client needs. In addition, he will manage overall operations and staff of the 85-person Orlando office. He previously served as Vice President and Surface Transportation Design Manager for URS' Orlando operations.



An expert in his field, Mr. Noppinger joined URS in 1979 and has successfully managed many major civil engineering and transportation projects in Central Florida and throughout the US including the I-4/SR408 Interchange Design for the Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority, the I-4 Design-Build St. Johns River Bridge replacement for the Florida Department of Transportation, District Five and the North Central Expressway in Dallas, Texas.



A graduate of the University of South Florida, Mr. Noppinger holds a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering and is a dedicated member of the Florida Engineering Society and the American Society of Highway Engineers.
