Trucktax Today Announces the Launch of OnlineBooks for Truckers

Trucktax, a bookkeeping and tax reporting compliance Service Company for Truckers, today announces the launch of 's8220;Online-Books's8221; for Truckers, a web-based system designed to eliminate the shoe-box bookkeeping system practiced by Truckers, due to their long driving time and equipment service schedules.



This system is designed to help Truckers conveniently move beyond shoe-box bookkeeping to a 24/7 business information submission system for bookkeeping and tax reporting, that provides them with quarterly statements and analysis of operations and files all applicable tax returns in a timely manner.



TruckTax Online-Books system will eliminate the potential for missed deductions that would have reduced the amount of tax payable and increased the profit at the bottom-line, due to the loss, misplaced and faded business expense receipts.



With the easy-to-use TruckTax Online-Books system, there is no bookkeeping experience required. No software experience or training required. Truckers will simply log-on to the TruckTax web and go to Online-Books, enter their assigned identification number and password and enter their gross income/revenues for the day or week, enter their expenses from the receipts and information accumulated for the day or week, enter the total miles/Kilometer traveled for the same period and hit the send/submit button.



With Trucktax Online-Books system, Truckers will now have a team of experienced truckers's8217; accountants working for them, filing all applicable tax returns on time, all the time, while eliminating the potential for late filed tax reports and related penalties and CRA sanctions.



Uniqueness of the Online-Books system is the audit trail and data integrity management system. The Online-Books system issues a batch number and information entered pop-up verification page and instructs the trucker to print the page and attach to the source documents entered once the trucker completes the entry of the information and hits the submit button.



This Online-Books system is also multi currency, to meet the needs of truckers operating Canada/U.S. allowing them to submit business information in Canadian or U.S. dollars.



To speed-up the process of bringing this service system to independent truckers across Canada, TruckTax began offering Franchises effective June 1st 2006.
