These milebuilding passages include two weeks of Caribbean sailing, 1000nm Atlantic crossings, three week passages around the UK Channel Islands and France and extended Mediterranean passages including UK to Gibraltar and from Malta to the Canary Islands. Australian sailing expeirence is also available.
Global Yacht Training director Richard Falk says "We believe that the quality of our RYA training, especially our new Yachtmaster courses, is greatly enhanced by the variety of the locations that we offer. If the student is planning to work in the sailing industry after qualifying it is a huge benefit to them to experience lots of different sailing waters, ports and weather systems." Global Yacht Training is one of the only yacht training organisations that offers this variety in training and location.
