New Restaurant Manager Has plans aplenty for The Chophouse at Woodfield Manor

Robert N. Gibson has been named the new restaurant manager for the Woodfield Manor Chophouse located on Bush Rd. Swiftwater.

Robert Gibson started his career at his family owned Gibson'ss Seafood Grille in East Stroudsburg, PA. Gibson'ss Seafood was a local favorite for many years. Patrons will be thrilled to hear that Gibson is back in the Pocono area.

Gibson will oversee all restaurant operations for the Chophouse at Woodfield Manor. The Chophouse recently earned best chop in the Pocono'ss from Local Flair Magazine. An employee was also honored as the best server in the Poconos. The Chophouse at Woodfield Manor is lucky to have such a true professional like Robert Gibson. The staff and I are excited for all of the new changes that he is implementing. Gibson brings a lot of insight and we know there are more and better things to come for the Chophouse with him on our team, said General Manager of The Woodfield Manor Keith Wolfe.

The Chophouse menu selection includes wild game dishes such as elk, wild boar, and ostrich in addition to traditional steaks.

The Chophouse provides an ideal setting for small business meetings, social gatherings, or an elegant dinner. The restaurant features magnificent wood flooring, and rich mahogany archways, offering the feel of an historic chateau. The restaurant offers a comfortable, yet chic setting with a warm fireplace that begs for a few flurries to fall.
