Professional speaker and entrepreneur, Debbie Jenkins, and her IT professional, husband Marcus bought XX acres of rolling hills, olive and almond trees in Murcia and a cave with no water, electricity or drainage - that they later found (despite being told otherwise by their agent) could not be "officially" renovated.
