Lake Champlain Chocolates (LCC) will feature a free chocolate-making demonstration at 1:00 PM at their 750 Pine Street Factory Store & Cafe on Saturday, March 25th. Kirk Weed, a
chocolatier with over 25 years experience in the confection industry, will show attendees how to make and decorate chocolate Easter eggs. Chocolate sampling and take-home recipes will be
included. There is no need to register.
In addition to showing confection making, Kirk will convey an understanding of how anyone can turn untempered chocolate into delectable treats right in their own kitchen. Attendees will
learn from a chocolatier and sculptor in a relaxed atmosphere, with the opportunity to have their chocolate-making questions answered by a professional.
The LCC Factory Store & Cafe offers chocolates & confections, hot chocolates, cappuccinos, lattes, ice cream, gourmet coffee & teas, cold beverages, and lots of factory
seconds.
