National RV Park Of The Year Ocean Lakes Family CampgroundPrepares...



Ocean Lakes Family Campground, a subsidiary of The Jackson Companies, is preparing to launch a summer season filled with family-oriented events and exciting new amenities. Awarded the title of 2008-2009 National RV Park of the Year by the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds, Ocean Lakes is the largest campground on the East Coast and one of the largest in the United States with over 310 acres of campsites.





Ocean Lakes is known for its outstanding customer service and exceptional amenities which include a two-acre Recreation Center with year round planned activities, a marine life Nature Center, eight freshwater lakes for fishing, and a 24-hour courtesy/security patrol.



As the summer season begins Memorial Day Weekend, new amenities will take center-stage. They include pull-through motorhome parking in Ocean Lakes's secured trailer storage lot; a specially-designed pet welcome program; and Sandy'ss Down Under Skate Park for tweens and teens 12 to 16 years old.



In addition, there will be special events throughout the summer including weekly luaus that feature authentic Hawaiian entertainment with dancers and music; the Ocean Lakes Billabong Surf Camp; a Field of Dreams Baseball Camp; the Ocean Lakes 11th Annual Premier Bluegrass Weekend featuring Rhonda Vincent 's38; The Rage; and a spectacular 4th of July celebration that includes Ocean Lakes's Annual Dress Your Pet Celebration.
