Pariahware, Inc. has introduced v2.0 of File Stitcher for both Mac OS X and Windows. File Stitcher is a utility that provides users an easy way to merge either MP3 files or text files together.
"File Stitcher has been a great product for those in the music industry. Not having to re-encode MP3 files saves users a lot of time," stated Christian Miller, President of Pariahware,
Inc. "With the Mac version being a Universal Binary and Leopard compatible, and the Windows version being compatible with Vista, plus all of the improvements in v2.0, our customers will
be even happier."
New for v2.0:
Universal Binary for Mac OS X.
Added compatibility for Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard.
Added compatibility for Windows Vista.
Support for files larger than 2GB.
Speed improvements.
Merged File Stitcher and File Stitcher: MP3 Edition into one application.
To use File Stitcher, simply drag and drop files into the window and click the "Stitch the files" button to start the process. A progress bar will show the process, and after MP3s are
merged, the user has the option of editing the ID3 tags for the new file.
File Stitcher is shareware and only costs $15.00 to register. An unregistered copy will work in a limited mode, allowing only two files to be merged or stitched at a time. The Windows
version requires Windows XP SP2 or Windows Vista, and the Mac OS X version requires either 10.4 Tiger or 10.5 Leopard.
