VisiVite.com Files for Patent on Unique Macular Degeneration Supplement

VisiVite.com an industry leader in eye health supplements, announced this week the filing for a United States patent application for an eye vitamin formulated to improve macular degeneration and provide safety for people on anticoagulation therapy.

The nutritional supplement, VisiVite i-Defense E-Free Formula, is based upon the groundbreaking 2001 Age-Related Eye Disease Study (AREDS) performed by the United States National Eye Institute. That research showed for the first time that high dose nutritional supplements could prevent the progression of macular degeneration.
