Jason Whitney, First Fidelity Reserve's spokes person for the 2007 Christmas drive said, "This year, we have partnered with our friends at the Power Castle Ministry Team. Since their inception they have been helping children, so their existing relationships and experience with those we want to help is already established. Helping children, has always been an area that Pastor Craig Larson and his wife Hilary of the Power Castle Ministry Team have embraced and felt was a part of their calling."
Christmas is always an exciting time for children and this year because of the efforts of Jason Whitney, First Fidelity Reserve, Parson Craig Larson and the Power Castle Ministry Team at least 50 Beaumont children will share the magic of Dec. 25th. With the union of these two Beaumont institutions, children will be exposed to both the symbolic religious side of Christmas and experience the American contemporary celebration complete with their own meeting with Santa Claus. The children will enter a toy-land where they can select toys and meet Santa. While the children are selecting toys, their parents can pick out free clothing gifts for them. And to complete the event, food will be available to all those who participate.
These holidays' events provide corporations like First Fidelity Reserve an opportunity to embrace the symbolic aspects of the Christmas celebration and to reaffirm their beliefs and relationship with their employees, community and friends. To Jason Whitney the ability to bring happiness and make a positive difference to these children is as exciting and fulfilling as enjoying Christmas day with his own family.
Craig & Hilary Larson established the Power Castle Ministry Team of Beaumont Texas in July of 1997 with a goal of helping unchurched youth & children. Their holiday endeavors with First Fidelity Reserve, a 20 year old numismatic company located in Beaumont, Texas will bring joy to the hearts of many children and parents this holiday season.
