On Sunday, January 27th, 28 young girls received badges for their hours spent serving others. Over 80 family members and friends gathered at the First Evangelical Free Church in South Austin to congratulate the girls for their efforts. Due to its immediate success, the program is strongly supported by the community. Gordon Falk of Oxford Learning Center said "The mission of Oxford Learning is to equip children to fulfill their purpose in life. American Heritage Girls teaches young people what a valuable contribution it is to help equip others in life. Oxford Learning Center is proud to be a local sponsor of the American Heritage Girls."
