Michael graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising with a minor in English Literature. His career started as a Sales Representative for American Express in Plantation, Florida, where he serviced major restaurant and retail accounts throughout Dade and Broward Counties.
In 1991, Michael was recruited by the Macerich Company, one of the most prominent shopping center REIT's with over fifty shopping centers throughout the United States. His role as a Director of Marketing gave him valuable experience in all facets of the marketing spectrum, including implementing national promotions, sponsorships and creating brand awareness.
Michael's background includes five years as a Marketing and Creative Director for Frank Howard Allen Realtors in Novato, California. His marketing programs helped the company surpass the $1.3 Billion mark in aggregate sales for the first time in its history.
As the Marketing Director for DTI, Michael will spearhead all marketing activities and help to enhance the DTI brand in the highly competitive credit card processing industry.
