Northwood, OH September 23, 2005 - Curavo & Associates is proud to announce the acquisition of FlashGamer.net from internet marketing firm UKPortal.

"We are excited about this acquisition and hope to bring many new features to FlashGamer.net over the next several months" said Alexander Curavo, President of Curavo & Associates at the announcement. "This is our first online gaming site, and we have set ambitious goals for the future."

FlashGamer.net is a free online games site that features more than 150 unique flash-based games. Beginning in October, 2005 users will be able to record their high scores in many of these games and compete against their friends for a place at the top of the virtual leaderboard. In the planned re-launch of the site, gamers may even have the chance to win selected merchandise from the FlashGamer store.

The transaction is expected to be complete by the end of September.
