AJ'ss houses a state of the art service center with 5 bow presses. This gives them the ability to tune any bow. There are 3 certified bow technicians, including Laubscher. They take great care with their customers's equipment and attention to detail could be the company'ss 2nd motto. Adam J. Laubscher, John and Anne'ss son, is a trained bow technician and arrowsmith and lends a hand wherever he is needed in the shop. Adam and John both hold certificates from Easton University, PSE Shooting School and PSE Technical School.

Chris and Allison'ss children, Wyatt, age 3 and Mathew, 2, are in training to take over the business 20 or 30 years down the road.
