Emirca Technologies upgraded the complete portal solution Touch has been using over the years to a Java Platform in as little as 6 months in total.



Emirca Technologies used all open-source software products (Struts, MySQL, Tomcat) in migrating Touch to their new platform, thus greatly reducing licensing fees previously required to maintain their old system.



The new portal software developed by Emirca Technologies also allowed Touch PLC to reduce their hardware requirements by streamlining their database, web and application servers.
