Modavox Increases Talk Radio Distribution Through Terrestrial Radio...

Modavox, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDVX) Internet broadcasting pioneer and holder of several patented technologies announced today it has established agreements to deliver Internet talk radio content from its Internet radio operation to several traditional terrestrial radio stations.

Modavox has established an agreement with Golden Broadcasters of Dallas, Texas to develop affiliates for the hit VoiceAmerica Sports program, "The Pat Summerall Show" and have already begun to broadcast the show from the following radio stations throughout the United States:

- SportsFan990am - Dallas, Texas

- WEDO 810am - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

- WBNW 1120am - Boston, Massachusetts

- WTMY 1280am - Sarasota, Florida

- KHGG 103.1fm - Ft. Smith, Arkansas

- WMEL 920am - Melbourne, Florida

- WRWB 740am - Knoxville, Tennessee

Jeff Spenard, Modavox President of Internet Radio stated, "In addition to the industry leading Internet broadcast distribution we provide from our VoiceAmerica and World Talk Radio networks, we have and will continue to establish affiliate radio networks for our top Internet shows like the Pat Summerall Show. The combined audiences provide extended distribution and reach of our content and bolsters our own unique visitor count. To have our own produced content originating on our networks now being syndicated on terrestrial radio should prove beneficial as we look to leverage our position with advertisers simultaneously establishing new revenues in our Radio Division."
