Snake Haters Bite Back at Ophidiphobiccom

Ophidiphobic.com today announces that its new website and online store is now open. Ophidiphobia is defined as one who has an intense fear of snakes and is the most common of all phobias.



The site features articles about snakes as well as tips for avoiding them. Information on overcoming Ophidiphobia is also available. The information is presented in a nonthreatening way in hopes of educating people in order to overcome their fear. The site, also known as the "No Snake Zone", features custom shirts and apparel.



"The inspiration for the site came from a real life experience," said Ashton Philip, site creator. "My wife has an intense fear of snakes and after seeing a snake in our backyard, the simple concept of being a snake hater was born." Ashton further explained, " The fear of snakes is practically wired into our brains from thousands of years ago so it is a very common phobia. The site takes an educational and humorous approach to overcoming the fear."
