Mytrailsign.com Introduces New Trail Sign Designs - Great Gifts For Skiers

Mytrailsign.com announces two new personalized ski trail sign designs.

Denver, CO October 29, 1007 -- Mytrailsign.com recently added two new ski trail sign designs - extreme and freestyle terrain - to its offering of authentic personalized ski trail signs in order to keep up with industry changes and consumer demand.

"We've been getting so many requests for them, we had no choice but to add them to our offering," commented Mytrailsign.com owner Paul Fiarkoski. "They're very popular gifts for skiers and snowboarders."

Ski resorts have traditionally marked ski trails based on level of difficulty. A green circle indicates easier while a blue square labels more difficult trails, black diamond means most difficult and double black diamond trails are for experts only. With the shift in ski area terrain away from tranquil trails to more challenging terrain, U.S. ski resorts were required by 2006 to mark extreme terrain and freestyle terrain parks with unique designators. The move was intended to reduce injuries and keep peace on the slopes, giving snowriders of varied interests their own terrain.

Mytrailsign.com has seen interest in their authentic personalized ski trail signs climb sharply since introducing them in 2003. Anyone interested in creating their own trail sign can do so by selecting the level of difficulty indicator and the sign text. To further personalize the sign, the purchaser can choose which way the directional arrow points. The signs come in three and four foot lengths and the standard industry colors - green, blue and black.

"They look and feel authentic," Fiarkoski claims, "because they are. They're made in the same shop with the same materials as signs found at some of Colorado's most popular resorts."
