The Spring Massive festival (http://www.resortquestbreckenridge.com/Breckenridge-Spring-Massive-Festival.htm) kicks off on April 1, 2007 with the Bite of Breckenridge, FIS Slalom races and Massive Comedy Nights. For the Bite of Breckenridge, restaurants across Breckenridge open their doors with a discounted 3-course menu, while participating retailers feature massive savings paired with special demo events and demonstrations. FIS Giant Slalom features high-ranking national and international competitors racing slalom and giant slalom from April 3 - 8. The Massive Comedy weekends begin Friday April 4 with comedian Marcus and continue on April 9 with John Novosad and April 11 with B.T.. Massive Music starts with an aprs ski concert at 3:30 pm on April 5 with rock band Salem at The Coppertop Lounge at the base of Peak 9, and continues at 6 pm with country music star JoDee Messina at Main Street Station, a ResortQuest property. Main Street Station is located at the corner of South Park Avenue and Main Street Breckenridge at 505 South Main Street. Both concerts are free to the public.

A new addition to Spring Massive, Breckenridge will host the Ridge Street Massive Music Weekend with a remote stage on Ridge Street in Breckenridge on April 18 and 19, featuring Robert Randolf and the Family Band and Grace Potter.

Not to be missed, the Fiesta Latina on April 5 and the Matt Wyfells Slopestyle competition and benefit on April 11. The Breckenridge Massive Beer Festival takes place at Main Street Station on April 12 from 1 - 5 pm. The Beer Festival features over 17 micro-breweries from across the nation and live music from The Rail Benders, Subdudes and Tony Furtado. Unlimited beer tastings are $30.
