During the safari, guests will have the opportunity to create a number of monotype prints, both in black and white and color. The spacious and well-lit Artista Studio is equipped with a full-size, professional etching press perfect for monotype printmaking. All necessary tools and materials will be provided at no additional charge to guests.
Instructor William Harsh, a veteran California painter, printmaker and instructor, will guide and inspire guests to explore their artistic interests and find their own unique expression in the monotype medium. Bill has nearly two decades experience teaching painting, drawing, color, design, and printmaking at colleges and universities throughout New England and the San Francisco Bay Area.
Bev Sanders founded Manifesta Safaris in 1997 when she designed and launched the highly successful Las Olas Surf Safaris for Women.
