AwardWinning London DJs Give Wedding Music a Shakeup



Traditionally, the wedding DJ, like "The Mullet" or Bluetooth headsets, has been seriously uncool and wedding reception music has actually been the realm of, and the refuge for, some of the worst music ever composed by mankind.



Cool wedding music (http://www.audiosushi.net/weddings.aspx) is not the most difficult thing to conceive but Audio Sushi found it impossible to find. In fact, to find a cool wedding DJ in London, who wasn't an international celebrity, was virtually impossible. With this in mind, Audio Sushi decided it was time to give wedding music a makeover and set out to revolutionise both wedding background music and wedding party music.



They devised two ways of doing this: the iPod-based wedding reception and finding live music and DJs for wedding receptions that break the stale, old mould.

Recently Audio Sushi (http://www.audiosushi.net/) has been lucky enough to DJ for the British industrialists, the Dyson family, at Dodington Park in June 2008 and world-famous chef, Pierre Gagnaire, at his French country estate. Audio Sushi cater for weddings of all sizes such as a reception for 30 in a castle in the South of France and a grand reception at one of the most beautiful ballrooms in Europe. The "WeddingPod" is proving popular with a particularly high number of Civil partnership ceremonies.
